Jack in the Box came to the Hathway/Bounteous team looking to launch a seamless digital ordering experience between app and their website, launch a digital loyalty program, a customized ordering experience, and update their marketing website all utilizing NomNom — Hathway’s ordering ahead product. The team also re-vamped the site with their new visual direction with big bold color blocks, playful color blocks and Jack emojis.
